The third session of 2026 of the National Committee responsible for examining applications for the incentives provided under the Investment Law was held today, Monday 28 September 2026. It was chaired by Mr. Jalel Tabib, Acting President of Tunisia Investment Authority (TIA).

The Committee reviewed five files with a combined investment value exceeding TND 100 million. The projects concerned are expected to create more than 600 jobs, including two projects that have been carried out in regional development zones.

After examining the files submitted, the National Committee approved the incentives provided under the Investment Law for two projects, in the agriculture and industry sectors. Three files were rejected for failing to meet the required legal criteria.
