Enhancing Investment Cooperation between Tunisia and South Korea

Tunisia Investment Authority (TIA) welcomed His Excellency Mr. Tae-won LEE, South Korea’s Ambassador to Tunisia, on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, for a fruitful meeting focused on deepening bilateral investment ties.

During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening economic cooperation and solidifying the robust partnership between their two countries. They agreed to leverage every available opportunity to further stimulate investment in high value-added sectors.

The meeting also reviewed the current landscape for Korean investors in Tunisia and explored promising prospects for future bilateral cooperation, particularly within priority sectors of shared interest.

Moreover, the meeting underscored TIA’s pivotal role in supporting investors—providing comprehensive guidance and assistance throughout their investment journey in Tunisia and proactively addressing any challenges they may face in coordination with relevant authorities.
