الهيئة التونسية للاستثمار تستقبل وفدا عن مجمع المعوشرجي الكويتي

استقبلت السيدة نامية العيادي رئيسة الهيئة التونسية للاستثمار رفقة السيد رضا الدريدي رئيس قطب الإحاطة بالمستثمر والسيدة نادية بوكراع مدير عن قطب الإحاطة بالمستثمر، وفدا عن مجمع المعوشرجي الكويتي يترأسه السيد صلاح محمد صقر المعوشرجي الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة عربي القابضة، يوم الجمعة 10 ماي 2024.

وتم تقديم عرض حول مناخ الاستثمار في تونس وأهم الحوافز المتاحة في قانون الاستثمار، بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة في تونس.

كما تم التطرق لدور الهيئة باعتبارها المخاطب الوحيد للمستثمر فيما يتعلق بالحصول على التراخيص، وتأسيس الشركات، ومنح الحوافز بالإضافة إلى تقديم النصح والدعم للشركات والمستثمرين التونسيين والأجانب طيلة فترة إنجاز مشاريعهم الاستثمارية في تونس.

وينتمي مجمع المعوشرجي إلى مجموعة عربي القابضة، وهي إحدى الشركات الرائدة في الكويت تأسست عام 1981. وتضم مجموعة عربي القابضة خمس شركات ذات قاعدة مالية قوية. وتشارك المجموعة بنشاط في مختلف القطاعات، بما في ذلك البناء والتشجير والمياه والنفط، وتتمتع بحضور قوي في سوق الشرق الأوسط.

Tunisia Investment Authority received a delegation from the Kuwaiti Al-Maousherji Group

Mrs. Namia Ayadi, President of Tunisia Investment Authority, along with Mr. Ridha Dridi, Head of the Investor Assistance Department, and Mrs. Nadia Boukraa, Director of the same department, welcomed a delegation from the Kuwaiti Al-Maousherji Group headed by Mr. Salah Mohamed Saqr Al-Maousherji, CEO of the Arabi Holding Group, on Friday, May 10, 2024.

TIA Team presented the investment climate in Tunisia and the key incentives available in the investment law.The delegation was also briefed on the most promising investment opportunities in Tunisia.

The role of the Authority as the sole point of contact for investors in obtaining authorisations, establishing companies, and granting incentives was also highlighted.

The delegation was assured of TIA's commitment to providing advice and support to Tunisian and foreign companies and investors throughout the implementation of their investment projects in Tunisia.

Al-Maousherji Group is part of the Arabi Holding Group, one of Kuwait's leading companies established in 1981. Arabi Holding Group comprises five well-established and financially secure companies. The group actively participates in various sectors, including construction, landscaping, water, and oil, and boasts a strong presence in the Middle East market.
